Exercise: Yes--70 minutes weight training, deload/break week. 135lb squats, 55 lb overhead press, lunges, glute machine, single leg extension, single leg curl, calf extensions.

Sunday and made it safely to San Diego. Met up with a couple of my buddies and stayed on track and under calorie goal.
Track: Of course.
Calories: Yes. Even with going out with a couple of old friends.
Exercise: nope. Car did all the work today.

I’ll take it. After Pancake Tuesday and my Saturday binge eating I was worried. Today is family day in Canada so my gym is closed but will be going to a bigger gym to do a class. Hope everyone has a great day!1 -

Not a surprise as I only made two workouts last week, and ate poorly. I got sick last week and fell apart. I'm still feeling lousy but I will eat better this week and at least get 4 workouts in, I may have to modify but the point is to keep moving.
