Calories: No. Nope. Definitely Not. hahaha
Exercise: stairs, lots of stairs....
Water: 112 oz
Got treated to lunch today. Ate pretty well. Didn't go too far overboard... I somehow ended up with more calories for dinner than for lunch. haha Oh well. My daughter was supposed to eat part of my dinner, but she decided she wasn't hungry, and I can't waste food..... So I ate it all. 3 cheeseburger patties (homemade) with a touch of ketchup (I use very little). So I went about 540 calories over for the day, but I still think I made good choices. So I am keeping it as a win. haha I am back on track now!1 -

@jmacaroni You'll get back on track, and the good news is that you do still get some water from your food too!!
@tinak33 Stairs are great exercise, and the stairs will help with calorie overages0 -

YOU GOT THIS! We cannot give up when it looks like we're not getting what we want in this thing all we have to do is just hold on a little longer and we will see the results because we put in the work and so the results must show up SOON! SOME OF US HAD A REALLY GOOD WEEK, OTHERS HAD STRUGGLES BUT WE MADE IT!
Once again I deeply apologize for the delay but had my father's 60th birthday celebration on Sunday and yesterday I had to cook (make healthy snacks and healty lunch so I won't splurge on fast food in AMTRAK snack cafe), pack and catch up with homework as I am taking a week vacay in Charlotte NC for my sister's birthday.

I tried a healthier version of chocolate chip cookies- banana, oats and chocolate chips. I was not a fan of the consistency. If prefer to bake the regular ones and eat them in moderation.1 -

Tomorrow and Thursday are my “bring it” days. I also think it’s time to treat myself to a new pair of shoes. Mine are falling apart. Lol1 -

Same here and if you bake thwm from scratch its even hralthier than from a box2 -

Day/Goals: Did my Tuesday working tonight after my tiny house guest went to bed since I will have no one to watcher her during the day tomorrow and have a show to go to tomorrow night. Crushed it. Can't wait for my next session!

Exercise: Yes--60 minutes weight training. Arms, bench press 105 lbs, bent over row 105 lbs, dumbbell fly and hammer curls 20 lbs and skull crushers 50 lbs. I will probably feel it tomorrow!
