    Calories: No. Nope. Definitely Not. hahaha
    Exercise: stairs, lots of stairs....
    Water: 112 oz

    Got treated to lunch today. Ate pretty well. Didn't go too far overboard... I somehow ended up with more calories for dinner than for lunch. haha Oh well. My daughter was supposed to eat part of my dinner, but she decided she wasn't hungry, and I can't waste food..... So I ate it all. 3 cheeseburger patties (homemade) with a touch of ketchup (I use very little). So I went about 540 calories over for the day, but I still think I made good choices. So I am keeping it as a win. haha I am back on track now!

    @jmacaroni You'll get back on track, and the good news is that you do still get some water from your food too!!

    @tinak33 Stairs are great exercise, and the stairs will help with calorie overages :)

I WANT TO CONTINUE ENCOURAGING YOU GUYS TO KEEP ON PRESSING FORWARD EVEN WHEN THE SCALE IS NOT IN YOUR FAVOR! **ALSO REACH OUT TO OTHER TEAM MEMBERS WHO YOU KNOW ARE CONSISTENT BUT HAVEN'T POSTED IN AWHILE*** (a quick message is all it takes)  I just want to encourage you don't give up, keep holding strong even if you don't get the results that you were expecting! YOU GOT THIS!  We cannot give up when it looks like we're not getting what we want in this thing all we have to do is just hold on a little longer and we will see the results because we put in the work and so the results must show up SOON! I hope I encourage just someone a little bit to keep on tunneling through. YOU GUYS ROCK!

    SOME OF US HAD A REALLY GOOD WEEK, OTHERS HAD STRUGGLES BUT WE MADE IT!

    Once again I deeply apologize for the delay but had my father's 60th birthday celebration on Sunday and yesterday I had to cook (make healthy snacks and healty lunch so I won't splurge on fast food in AMTRAK snack cafe), pack and catch up with homework as I am taking a week vacay in Charlotte NC for my sister's birthday.

    I tried a healthier version of chocolate chip cookies- banana, oats and chocolate chips. I was not a fan of the consistency. If prefer to bake the regular ones and eat them in moderation.

    Calories. I believe under...I overestimated on my pancake consumption. They were so good
    Exercise 1 hour body pump. Successfully did the “chest” track with no breaks.
    Water: 88 ounces

    Tomorrow and Thursday are my “bring it” days. I also think it’s time to treat myself to a new pair of shoes. Mine are falling apart. Lol

    Same here and if you bake thwm from scratch its even hralthier than from a box

    Exercise: nope. Having a hard time eating even some of my exercise calories and keep my sodium and cholesterol under goal.
