    Hello everyone, My name is Heather. I am new to the challenge. Looking to get back into healthier shape and lifestyle. February goals are to track food every day and exercise at least 4x a week.     My name is Jayne I was on the challenge last month. I changed my weigh day to Sunday, I will be on a cruise from feb 25-March 2. No internet after sunday ( 25th) til I get back. I will be able post my weight early Friday due to we leave on Saturday am and not taking the scale. My goal is to maintain during that week.

    Hi everyone! this is my first time joining one of these biggest loser challenges, but I thought it seemed like a great idea, and I'm excited! I'm 21 years old, I lost 53 pounds last year, (2017,) And my ultimate goal is to lose 55 more pounds this year, to reach my goal weight of 150 pounds. I'm doing intermittent fasting, and keto. It's nice to meet you all! I will weigh in on Mondays.

    A bit about me: I'm new, obviously. I am 40, no children, but I have a service animal that I love dearly. I have some health issues that require medications. My weight-loss is complicated due to medications and their impact on my hormones and thyroid. I am working on getting more active and specific with my calorie tracking. I am aiming to try and the Zombies, Run! Virtual 5K race this spring.
