            Hello team mates! I am new. I am getting married in May and want to lose at 15 pounds before then but any loss is a loss.
 I am going GF to try to reduce Hasimoto's symptoms and am going to cut down my alcohol consumption. My fitness goal will be to move everyday and do some strength training 3 times a week.
 I'll be weighing in on Fridays.
 I am not sure how much I weight at the moment. I've been hiding from the scale. Will go find it, dust it off, and get honest with myself.
 Looking forward to this challenge!
 My official starting weight is 183.5.

            Yep. These are meds I will be on for life as well. I feel good emotionally on them, and physically I just need to get my stamina back up again. I went for a walk today and lasted about ten minutes. That has got to get better. I have goals. Steroids I am very sensitive to as well as they cause my blood sugar to sky rocket too. But anyways, my goals for this week: Get to walking fifteen minutes at a time; lose 1 kg (2.2 pounds), and make it to the next stop on Walk to Mordor.1

            Hey guys! I actually stopped doing this mid January because my scale broke and for some reason isn't hitting the right numbers. I'm working on getting a new one and then I'll be back in! You can keep me in here if you want so that way I'm not lost, but if not, I totally understand and I'll attempt to reenter once it's replaced.
