    In my opinion, you having nothing to apologize for, you had a bad day. I'm sure you did not wake up and say, "Hey, I feel like screwing up this day." It happened. It's over with. Put your bandaids on where they're needed, rest what needs to be rested and know that one day does not define your week, month, or life. You're still awesome as you are.

    This makes absolutely no sense to me, I have been sick and I DEFINITELY know that I have not been eating that much, only mostly drinking fluids to keep hydrated...

    I'm curious if broths and soups have been a big part of your diet the last week. The reason is the ungodly high amounts of sodium that are in those items unless made fresh at home. I think for some soups it's along the lines 1,200 mg per serving (1/2 cup to a cup)

    Thanks, after a bit I started to review what I was intaking, not just eating and realized that I was getting in alot of calories and such from the drinks as the solid foods made me nauseous so I was drinking Vitamalt Plus just about everyday, sometimes up to twice a day as the medicine I was on kept saying take with food....

    I completely overlooked the sodium content of the soups :#

    Went a little overboard on food intake yesterday, but at least I still had a loss for the week. Looking forward to seeing the scale drop as I continue swimming, biking, walking/running.
