I did bad today, I caved on a piece of KFC chicken. And I was doing so good. Still the scale is going down so I guess I don't know how to feel. I am kinda feeling anxious, because I know alot of this weight loss is due to Lent and the foods I gave up. I am dreading March 30 because then Lent is over and I don't know if I have to will to continue since I can obviously see that the only thing holding me back on my journey are the foods and drinks that I love which are sabotaging me.

I think you're a step ahead! You've identified what you're afraid is going to happen, now it's up to you to create a game plan! Maybe try and formulate a plan to slowly reintroduce the foods you've been missing over lent? Or perhaps decide to only incorporate some of them back? You may find over the next 4 weeks that your palate changes a bit and you no long want to eat or drink all the same things as well. Let us know how things go and if we can help!1 -
