@Leanz: Congratulations on your marathton. You got the job done despite your ankle. Now get that ankle back on the mend and give it some time to heal.
@ Dave: The cold is gone but I keep feeling pretty crappy. Tonight the stomach is acting up and the headache is back. I had an all day JRFH event yesterday with every kid in the school and today we had an hour of our all our kindergarten students doing it. I also started after school coaching again so I am running on to cylinders.
@vhuber: Oh please, son’t SEND it our way.....burrrrrrr for my daily bus duty.
@getitguurl: Welcome to our group. We are movers. So we motivate each other to keep moving and get some mileage. As Dave said, feel free to join us and hopefully we can encourage you along the way.
@Lisa8969:Oh, take care of that knee. Hope it heals quickly.
Feb. 12 and 13: Adding 18 miles of walking 10, jumping for 1 mile and cycling for 7 miles

@Leanz - well done on your marathon, and a placing too. Let that ankle mend now (said in a *stern voice*)
@vhuber - glad your shoulder is showing some improvement - take care
@kar328 - your kettlebell class sounded ..... wicked
Last night was my 5th session with my C25K group - numbers have settled at about 15. They are doing so well, 1.5 miles last night. Although their pace covers a range. When theŷ do their first Parkrun it will range from 30 - 45 mins for 5 k. They are a lovely group.
@clepant - I think I’ve caught your cold.
ETA - my pain in the *kitten* turned out to be tight hamstring - so pleased it wasn’t a piriformis problem3 -

And that's GOAL for @ANACONDA469! Now, do you want to try upping your goal number since you still have half a month to go?
@K80FLEC - Glad it wasn't the piriformis too! That one is a true pain in the *kitten*!

I hope you all have a great day. This nana got a flower , a balloon, and a bunch of booger filled slobber kisses from our 10 month old grandson (who still has the creeping crud).
