Why do police say, "Nothing to see here. Move along." That's a dead giveaway that there is something to see there.

@sufferlandrian - I guess they mean "There's nothing we're going to allow you to see here. Move along.'

I went for another group bike ride in the dark last night. We rode down to the beach and got a nice look at the stars on a moonless night. This morning I got in a 3 mile run which went surprising well considering it's quite warm and humid here now. I'm at 50/75.

@sufferlandrian - I'm good at hiding the bodies, so there's definitely nothing to see here  (just kidding people)

So....now I want to know what it was!

Feb. 11: Came home from work Friday night and thought I was coming down with some virus. I think I knocked the snuff out of it. Good old Nux Vomic, green tea, honey, ginger, lemon and airborne.
Although I dreamed I was at sea all night.
Adding 11 miles of running 3 miles and cycling 8 miles

Went on a scouting trip today. The state park outside of town has put in a paved, dedicated bike path throughout the park. Whaoo!!!!! Something for me to go ride on the next decent weather day :):D:):D

@KAR328 - Yay for the new computer! I love getting new techhie stuff like that!

@CLEPANT - Glad to hear it sounds like you headed that cold off at the pass! :+1:

@LEANZ - CONGRATS on the marathon!! :star: I'm always amazed at anyone that can self-propel themselves that far! I hope your ankle eases up on you soon. Lots of R.I.C.E. should do the trick.

@JANET - Send some of that warm weather up north here, please!! Not the humidity, but the heat. That would go a long way toward melting our snowpiles! And look at you posting pictures now too! :+1:

@leanz Nice job, I'm always in awe of someone who can run that far. Even if I could physically do it, I think the mental part would do me in.

1.7 miles before and during Boot Camp (including some agility ladder drills - no one will ever accuse me of being graceful)
