Afraid so.
But, this week, I'm back to logging! In fact, it just dawned on me that I only have 18 days left before we will be spending a few days at the beach and I'm not where I'm suppose to be! I have gotten rid of most of my larger clothes as I've lost weight to make sure it would be difficult to gain weight back. Unfortunately, I weigh almost 10 pounds more than last year. You can see the dilemma! Anyway, I will be throwing it into high gear for the next 18 days (and beyond). I have more clothing options if I can at least get into the ballpark of where I need to be. Consider me properly motivated!
Goals for the next 18 days:
1. No processed foods or alcohol
2. Will log, stay within calorie goal and be active
3. Sleep 7-8 hours nightly
4. Daily meal plan/prep
5. No excuses!

Six pounds gone...could that be right?!! It's Mel, so of course it can!!! That is fifteen pounds lost in the month of April!! We know you are walking A LOT and drinking tons of water....is there anything different or specific about your diet that is contributing to this fantastic loss for April? Do tell, because we all want to know!!
Nothing too major, but I’ve dropped all dairy and am eating as clean as I can. No cookies, chips or cake. No take out. I certainly miss it but I’m making my health/body a priority right now.

Yep, having nothing that fits is a whole lotta motivation!! And 10 pounds can make all the difference!! Beach countdown is on!!!1 -

I did a Couch to 5k app to get ready for my first 5k. Since I was successful with that and I work better with some motivation, tonight I started a 5k to 10k app. I think this will help me keep up the running2 -
