    I did some more swimming yesterday afternoon.

    Day 1 - 371 calories (elliptical and weights)
    Day 2 - 530 (elliptical)
    Day 3 - 491 (elliptical and weights)
    Day 4 - 58 calories (walking)
    Day 5 - 677 calories (elliptical/weights am swimming pm)

    Total: 2127
    Left: 1373

    Day 1 : 290 calories burned ( 40 mins of Power Strength Circuit Training)
    Day 2: 460 calories burned (jogging intervals on the treadmill)
    Day 3: 810 calories burned (pushed a 33 lb toddler in a stroller for about 3 miles; spent 2 hours walking around the zoo--sometimes carrying said toddler lol)
    Day 4: 0 calories burned
    Day 5: 0 calories burned


    Hopefully I can get in a 250-300 calorie burn tonight :)
