Great job to everyone and their losses!
As I suspected Sunday will have to be my off day for the mini challenge. Although just thinking about my accountability had me making better decisions. I went to the gym as soon as I got up to get my day started properly. I did not leave the pool just about the whole 4-5 hours at the bbq. I opted to only have light beer and avoided high calorie craft beer. And I did not pig out or have a second plate of food.
As proud as I am of those small wins, it was near impossible to track the food cause I didn’t know what ingredients where in every dish. And although I made better decisions, there were no healthy food options and the beer had to have put me over my calories for the day.

May 27th
Weigh in day: Sunday
Starting Weight: 176 lbs
Current Weight: 176 lbs
Goal weight: 120 lbs ( so i have a ways to go)
You didn't gain, so that is a positive, and a good place to (re) start the losing portion of this program!! Break your overall goal down into smaller, manageable goals, so it doesn't seem so daunting a task!! First goal, say, into the 160's!
Oh the 160's is my goal for the month. My overall goal is losing 56 pounds total by the end of the year.0 -

Not surprised as yesterday was our "holiday" and we had a lot of food that was salty and some stuff that we only have once or twice a year (family homemade favorites). My fingers are puffy so I know I had way to much salt.
Mini challenge Sun 5/27
Tracking: yes (best guesses made)
Calories: tracker said yes but I'm going with no as most food was "best guess"
Exercise: yes hike and picnic at Mt St Helens
So I am off now to refill my water bottle to was that salt away.2 -

I love your attitude, Erik, and your approach to the day. You got in as much exercise as you could, you chose a lower calorie drink, and you did not go back for seconds....All great strategies to mitigate any damage from the higher calorie foods and drinks that were in abundance!! You may not have lost weight today, but you enjoyed a real life day instead!! That IS why we are all here...to lose weight and get healthy so we can enjoy life to its fullest!1 -

Your hike and picnic sound lovely!! Great attitude as well about the little up!!! If you ate salty food, but only gained 0.6 of a pound....that will be gone in no time!! Drink up!!!0 -

Mini Ultimate Accountability Challenge - May Week #4 (Sun the 20th to Sat the 26th)
Winner's Circle - 6 or 7 days:
@katevt78 (ALL SEVEN DAYS) - 8th week in a row in the Winner's Circle!!!
@Nicoletime4me (ALL SEVEN DAYS) - 1st time in the Winner's Circle!!!
@thedestar (ALL SEVEN DAYS) - 2nd week in a row in the Winner's Circle!!!
@GardenMama129 (6) - returning to the Winner's Circle after a Notable Effort last week!!!
Notable Effort - 4 or 5 days:
@murdog3t (4) - put in a Notable Effort in spite of struggling this week!!
Attempted:
@drea2011 (1)
@HASWLRS (1)
We had 7 participate this week (really only 5 as Drea and I dropped out right after Sunday), down from 8 the week before, but we still had 4 make it to the Winner's Circle!! Two of last week's champions, @katevt78 and @thedestar, were joined this week by @Nicoletime4me, first time EVER in the Winner's Circle, and @GardenMama129, who made a return to the top! Of those 4 winners, Kate, Nicole and Destiny, were accountable for ALL SEVEN DAYS!! Well done!!
Congratulations to all of our Champions this week!
