Yep, I know the weekend was going to mess up people, so that is why I reminded you. No worries! Only up a pound after a long weekend, not bad at all!! Drink lots of water and that pesky pound will be gone in no time!!1 -

I am really disliking May. The mother in law has been here for a week, so exercise has been ignored and food has been allover the place. I'll get there...just not as quickly this month (May) as I'd like.1 -

You lost two pounds last week, and ten pounds before that.....you might not like May, but it likes you just fine!!! Congratulations on being done with the 190's!! Yes, you WILL get there!! Marathon, not a sprint....2 -

No more migraines! And as an added bonus that totally made my day today. I had my annual work health screening, and the scales there read 169.8 lbs. I've never been in the 160's as an adult, so seeing that meant loads! Perhaps I should change the batteries in my home scale lol0 -

Wow, that's quite a discrepancy between your home scales and the ones used at the office!!! Congratulations on seeing that "6"!! Before you know it, that "6" will be showing up on your homes scales as well!! Great news about the migraines, too!!0 -
