I DECIDED NO MORE SPLURGE DAYS EVERY 2 WEEKS I FEEL WORSE THE NEXT DAY I FEEL LIKE I THREW A WRENCH IN THE MACHINE BY SPLURGING WHEN EVERYTHING GOING WELL, HAS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED THIS AFTER A WHILE DOING OMAD ???

The "splurge" thing is one of my regrets because people invariably think that means to binge--it just means to let yourself go for a day and not restrict as you would with a standard, well-controlled portion. Maybe stretch out the feeding time or something. But people get the wrong idea.3

My body can't handle a splurge or I feel rotten. My body can handle a less restrictive day and that is fine, but to splurge or eat an insane amount I can't do. For me, with OMAD I don't ever feel like I am restricting since it is just one meal, so I really don't feel that I need any kind of splurge day. On the weekends, I am more relaxed on the plan and that works well for me1
