The "splurge" thing is one of my regrets because people invariably think that means to binge--it just means to let yourself go for a day and not restrict as you would with a standard, well-controlled portion. Maybe stretch out the feeding time or something. But people get the wrong idea.3

My body can't handle a splurge or I feel rotten. My body can handle a less restrictive day and that is fine, but to splurge or eat an insane amount I can't do. For me, with OMAD I don't ever feel like I am restricting since it is just one meal, so I really don't feel that I need any kind of splurge day. On the weekends, I am more relaxed on the plan and that works well for me1

I have had more than one plateau! I just try to move on and know that eventually it will pass. Don't be discouraged by it, just realize it is part of the process and that it too shall pass.

It depends on what I splurge on. as long as I am eating good quality good food I am fine, if it is junk, beer, or sugary foods, I will pay later1

Yeah there's definitely a difference if I splurge on some home cooked meals with my brother's family vs. splurging at some burger & fries joint haha. I get quite a lot of heart burn from junk and just end up feeling terrible.1

SUNDAY 22JUL18 WEIGH IN TODAY 216.4 LBS LOSS 3LBS TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS 38LBS ! JOE I WATCHED YOUR VIDEO ( WHEN ITS TIME TO GO SUPPER LOW CALORIE).. GET PASS A PLATEAU FOLLOWED YOUR ADVICE.
