    Was headed for strong finish but the last couple days I’ve been dealing with bloating and water retention...ugh! The only upside is next week should be spectacular!! Good luck everyone.

    @chardonais21 Usually water weight, I read somewhere you can fluctuate up to 10 lbs with water weight (not sure how accurate that 10 lb number is, but that's what the article said), did you do anything out of the ordinary....new exercise, different food, more sodium than normal, those kinds of things can have an effect too.
