Lord have mercy that food looks so good. If we had a Korean buffet here... I would eat them out of business. So would all the other Koreans here too which is probably why one hasnt opened :P lol

Oh yes, I can assure you that all of us went for 2nds, 3rds, 4ths, etc... @LiLee2018 Have gone for the blood test but my Dr hasn't call me yet. Really hope its not serious

Its the school holidays now and kids are with us 24/7... lots of screaming, shouting, arguing, fighting...but I guess that's what I get for having kids ...but I love them to the moon and back I managed to lower my calories today so that I can loose those weight that I gained during my 2 days overload eating. As for exercises, I decided to do some kickboxing cardio today and good golly...nearly fainted after 35 mins of it. I stopped as I didn't want to over-do it. The whole workout is 45 mins...I will get there. As for my liquid intake, 2 litre of water and 2 pot of tea.
Kids want to have lunch with me tomorrow and they do not want me to eat anything spicy. So, tomorrow, my OMAD will be kids friendly...

Week 50
CW : Weigh-in this Sat
Good evening OMADers
It already Thursday night here and I think I have not even loose any weight that I have gained after I had 2 days of eating non-stop. I have been trying my best since I came back on Tuesday.
Today, my kids wanted their favourite noodles. Here's a photo of how this noodle looks like. They just love this hokkien noodles.
I ate that for my OMAD and then the kids gave me a surprise and who can say no to ice-cream...
I stopped after that as I know if I continue eating, I will not loose any weight but surely gain more. So, the total calories for today is roughly 1000 cals. I also managed to do 30 mins of kickboxing cardio. As for liquid consumption, I managed to get in 1.5 litres of water and 1 pot of tea.
Hope that tomorrow, Friday will be a lower calorie day for me as my weigh-in is on Sat.

It's about 2am now...just couldn't sleep😞🙄
I truly hate myself right now coz I weigh-in this morning and Mr Scale gave me this number - 56.7kg / 124.7lbs.😞😭 So, now I have to work double hard to get back to the land of 55s. My body is really stubborn as once it tasted higher weight, it will hold on to it and will not loose the weight. 😭😭😭
Had a chat with a friend who is also a doctor and he said that maybe my body is telling me that this is the right weight for me. He said that I look gorgeous at this weight. I really am not happy with this weight though. I really want to be in the 50kg region. I will keep on trying till it moves downwards.

He might be right babe!!! At the end of the day you hafta be happy but I seem to be ending up like 10-15 full pounds heavier than I intended... I had to ignore the number and a:listen to my body and b: pay attention to what I want to look like rather than a mystical number I have my mind set on
Either way you're conscious of it, and that's the hardest part 😊1 -
Yeah thats hard. Although i did start to feel like that at being 155ish for like 3 months. I drastically lowered my calories now and it seems to be working - it did come with a pricetag though (insomnia and other things). So you either accept or not sure. Have you thought of reaching out to Joe? He has some good tips. Maybe you can think about taking a break or addressing this now.1

I understand what the Dr and you are saying @mistymeadows2005 but when I look in the mirror, I am just not happy with what I see yet. I just need to get down to 50 and see how it goes from there. So, another roughly 7kg to go.
I think it's better for me to at least try and see how it goes @SoulSisterSoulBrother. I will try till my body says STOP, then at least I am satisfied, you know!?!

By next week, I will be 1 year on OMAD. I am one who can easily put on weight but very hard when it comes to loose weight😭
Let's see how long will I take to loose these 7kg.

I totally agree---that might be where you need to be, you may want to consider that! I originally thought my goal would be 135 but with where I am now I really think that would be too low for me. So like @mistymeadows2005 I have adjusted my UGW to 145-150. I am going to be super happy when I get there! '
At the end of the day --it is all about how you feel with things!!! Cheering you on!

Maybe with added exercise like weight lifting your body will get the look you're hoping for. It definitely seems like your body is happy at this weight. Maybe focus on exercises now to tone it up?2

@volgirl1322 - Thank you At the moment, I am not too happy with how I look in the mirror still. May be another couple of kgs and I will see how it goes from there. In the end, I might just end up at lower 50s and not 50kg.
@LiLee2018 - Thank you I have also added weights into my routine just to tone up a little. I will just continue till I am happy as right now, I am not too happy with what I see.

Good afternoon OMADers
I bravely hop onto the scale this morning as I exercise for 1 hour yesterday. 40 mins of zumba with weights and then mini stepper while watching TV. Got myself a mini stepper and its just like me climbing up the stairs. Managed to mini step for 20 mins. My Scale flashes 56.5kg. This gives me more motivation to exercise more today. Hopefully, I will get in 1 hour of exercise again today...fingers cross!!! As for food, the total calories consumed yesterday was 1100 calories. For liquid intake, nearly 3 litres in total.
Its a horrible cold and wet day here in Down Under today

We have been getting a lot of hail stones with rain. It will continue till the end of next week☔ My weight is stuck at 56.5kg. I am going to the it slow and steady and stop stressing about it. Easy said then done but I will try 😉😘
I OMAD at 12pm today and I really ate a lot. This cold winter is making me eat like a bear🐻😁
Will try to get in my exercises later in the evening, fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞

Good afternoon OMADers
It has been hailing yesterday and today and it will continue for the whole week. Hopefully, we can get some sunshine next week Really hate it when the hailstones hit my face...its quite painful Without thinking, I got on to the scale this morning and it flashed 56.4kg. Even though its only 0.1kg, I will take it. If I loose 0.1kg every day, in 10 days, I will loss 1kg. Got to think positive!
I OMAD at around 12.30pm today. Had a very bad craving for Milo Drink. Have not had it for nearly 1 year when I started OMAD. All of a sudden, today, I had a huge craving for it. The more I try to forget it, the more I want it. I nearly hit the roof with this craving...I caved in and had a cup of warm milo....delicious Not sure if you guys have Milo there but I think its similar to Ovaltine. So, the total calories for today = 1020 calories.
As for exercises, I try to exercise in the evening and hopefully by tonight, I will be able to exercise for 1 hour....fingers cross!
As for liquid, so far, 1 litre of water, 1 pot of tea and I couldn't help myself...I drank 1 can of Diet Soda.

Agree with Donna, super proud of your water progress. Hey even Diet soda counts! LOL - I've had non-cal artificially sweetened drinks outside of my eating window every single day while losing, so if it doesn't trigger your hunger, then rock it out boo!
Milo sounds delish..I go through big ovaltine phases...especially the malted one NOM NOM NOM...your cals are still wayyyy in line, so who cares! Loving the positive attitude about your losses! 0.1 kgs is still progress! WOOT WOOT!
I think your weather sounds FUN! I'm sure it's annoying if you have to live in it, but we NEVER get hail here and I love storms SO much so it sounds like fun to me (minus the hitting your face part...yikes LOL).
You're doing great babe, keep up the great work!
PS - you're basically my hero if you manage a whole hour of working out...even if I'm MOTIVATED i get REAL ADD/bored after a few mins lol1 -
@jadepearl, I was going to ask about Milo drink, but I see you already explained it -- like Ovaltine. Sounds great for the weather you're having. Where I am, Ovaltine or Milo would be out of season!1

Whenever I get low and down, I read your posts and see your before and after photos and that motivates me to soldier on! Thank you, you guys! Most of the time, we get hail during winter. Sometimes, its as big as tennis balls...
@Nevadaden - Thank you Didn't know that there's a season for Ovaltine at your side. Over here Down Under, we drink Milo 365 days a year...we just love it.0
