I've been off of my keto plan WAY more than on it the last month and a half or two months...and have a trip the end of this week where I'm sure I'll be off, too. As of next Saturday, though, I intend to get back 100% on the plan and to stay there indefinitely.

    SW - 209.8 (SW for keto 4/15/18 - 206.8)
    GW - 150
End of September GW - 175

    Sept 2 - 178.6
    Sept 9 - 179
    Sept 16 - 178.2
Sept 23 - 175.9 (I'm thinking this is most likely artificially low, as I donated blood yesterday)

Gained half a pound. I think I will recalibrate my macros as suggested by Caroline. It’s probably few cheats even though they were still low carb. Also feeling constipated, I’m sure that’s contributing. On the plus side my body just feels better in general, my clothes fit better- much less overall bloat, and my anxiety is much lower around people. They do say you have to get healthy and then the weight will come off so maybe that’s part of what’s happening here 🤷🏻‍♀️

@tlnorth77 My weight "bounces" a pound or two before it drops, and often my clothes feel like they fit better even when bouncing up. I've wondered if the fat is redistributing itself on my body. When I lost weight on keto, my skin was a lot less droopy than when I lost after bariatric surgery (both were for the same 30 pound range, from 178 down to 148).

    SW’07/13: 388 (lost 135 lbs)
    SW’10/17: 368
GW: 225 (maybe less if I can keep Keto)
    09/03: 282.0
    09/10: 280.0
    09/17: 277.2
    09/24: 279.0
    09/30:

Sept goal: 268 (see if I can reach 100 lbs in 11 months)…doesn't look too promising, but we will see.

I am happy that the damage was _only_ 1.8 pounds after the week I had last week. Hopefully I can get some energy bites (née fat bombs) ready for this week to help. And not have any more unplanned trips to farms where the kids don't eat their apple crisp (or that I don't make any more treats that I don't do good for ignoring).

I am officially on a countdown to my birthday. The goal? To reach 148 before turning 48. Not impossible but no more messing around. Doing the fat fast again for a few days to kick start my ketosis - it works! Really missing some folks on here. You know who you are.

    SW - 184 March 1, 2018
    GW - 135??

    Sunday 09/02 - 158.2
    Sunday 09/09 - Just Couldn't Day
    Sunday 09/16 -157.2 (-1.0)
Sunday 09/23 - no weigh in

Thank you to those who gave me suggestions of good home exercise things! I am going through and planning out exercise days/times to keep myself accountable. I have been doing keto for over 90 days now and my husband just started as well. He’s a week in and starting to get his energy back. I remember that feeling from starting up again after vacation!! I don’t think I’ll hit my goal this month, but I’m not worried about it. Life goes on and I keep at it. That’s all that matters :)

Yes, you were right! I lost 2 pounds since my last weigh in. I think the less droopy skin on keto is because of autophagy. Interesting stuff.

Kind of bummed that the second week wasn't as successful as the first. Just need to stick with it. A loss is a loss!

greetings all. now in a hotel for a few weeks but looks as if we may get back into our house by mid to late October, supposedly the sign off date back to us has been brought forward a week and the carpets are going down week commencing 8th October and, just as I write that I've remembered I'd better get the October Challenge posted ahhhh!
Still due to a horrible cold my weight is currently 149.6 think that's down from when I lasted posted it. All I want to do currently is stay the same or at least not gain too much while eating out all of the time. Looking forward to my own kitchen again but NOT looking forward to unpacking 1 million boxes!!

Ok, so I've been AWOL for about a week very busy with festivals and guests, etc. I haven't been logging food, but still trying to stay on track. I know what works for me and what doesn't ... and, yes, I've been eating things that DON'T work for me very well! But I've kept those bad things to a minimum and have managed to lose what little I gained at the beginning of the month. Sure is a journey without an end, really. I'm coming to the realization that even when I reach my goal, I'm going to have to be mindful and disciplined so that I don't bounce back to what I was in January. Logging is a necessary part of that. It's so easy to get lazy or fudge on the carb count or rationalize a splurge that turns into another splurge and by that time the scale starts to react and then discouragement sets in. The great thing about keto is that once you start back up again, the results come quickly. I'm so thankful for that! These last 12 pounds are going to be tough, I have a feeling. With heading into winter and cold it's going to be difficult to want to get out and walk. I am determined! Keto on, my friends!

    SW - January - 175
September goal - weigh less than 153.6
    Goal - 140
