    September Goal: 3miles/ day or 90 miles for the month.

    9/1-WAH: Walk 15-1 mile=1.0 mile total
    -Vivofit tracked 1.5 miles= 2.5 miles total
    9/2-WAH: Walk 15-1 mile=3.5 miles total
    -Vivofit tracked 1.5 miles=5.0 miles total
    9/3-WAH: 2 mile Power Walk-7.0 miles total
    -Vivofit tracked 1.5 miles=8.5 miles total
    9/4-WAH:2 mile Burn Body Fat=10.5 miles total
    -Vivofit tracked 3.2 miles ( :smiley: )=13.7 miles total
    9/5-WAP Ultimate Collection-2 mile Brisk Walk=15.7 miles total

    AnnofB:laugh: I never thought of that, but you are right. She actually says that in the 4 Fast Miles video that I did today! My personal goal was 1 Leslie video per day even if it was only 1 mile, but even 1 mile was too much after 12 hours at school. Meh as long as I meet my goal, it's all good.

    It's finally cooling off in MI, so I might even get to walk outside once or twice this week. Poor Endomondo thinks I have deserted him! My husband is still in NY so I am holding down the MI end by myself and I am amazed at how much more I have to do every day without him here. It is tough getting work outs in! If anything ever happens to him, I will have to rent a mate to keep up with my walking! :laugh:

    9/2 --- 5 min. ( :/ )
    9/3 --- 45 min
    9/4 --- 100 min (golf)
    9/5 --- 30 min
    9/6, 7, 8 --0--Must do better!
    9/9 ---60 min

    Goal: 30 minutes walking or aerobic activity every day

    I have always gravitated to WATP Five Mile Fat Burning walk even though I have many others of hers. Sadly, I have not been doing any walking for almost two years. It's so difficult now because of all the weight I'm carrying. Perhaps I should start with one mile and work my way up to two when I'm ready. Lucy

    Wow, a big start of the month for me. I've got some sort of workout every day but 2 so far this month. Now if only my eating habits were as good as that. ;)

    @iheartcb Me too! That's one of my favorites ~ I just walked it yesterday. Start with 5 minutes, even if you can't do 1 mile. Leslie has some 5 minute walks on her YouTube channel. Any walking is good for you and there's no better time to start than right now. Good luck!

    Oh my gosh that is a demanding walk to do if you have not been doing it for two years. Really, Veggie Girlis right, start with one mile and build back up to it. You will get there and the weight will come off, 1 mile at a time, so no worries. Do 1 mile and report it here and we will be your cheering section OK??? We have all been there Lucy! You are not alone! :wink:

    Hello Lucy. Starting with one mile is a good plan. One step at a time, one day at a time and before you know it, you'll be doing that 5 mile workout again. You CAN do it. :smile:

    9/6 ... 34 minutes of the 4 Mile Super Challenge, 24 minutes of weight lifting and 40 minutes of yoga.

    We have a heavy fog here this AM. I went for a walk in it. After 1 mile the fog is now on me. My jacket, shoes, and hair are all damp.
