I realized I was falling a little behind on my goal for the month, so I had to pick up the pace tonight. I've been incorporating core fitness and strength into my workout times and shortening my mileage.

I'm doing better @AnnofB. Still healing, but I believe I've finally made it past the plateau! I have better mobility, but I must proceed slowly so as not to cause injury to injury.
Great job to you also!! You are meeting and exceeding your weekly goals!
