    I realized I was falling a little behind on my goal for the month, so I had to pick up the pace tonight. I've been incorporating core fitness and strength into my workout times and shortening my mileage.


    6 Miles: 5 Fat Burning + Mile #5 of 5 Really Big Miles (I like the cool down & stretch on this DVD)

    I'm doing better @AnnofB. Still healing, but I believe I've finally made it past the plateau! I have better mobility, but I must proceed slowly so as not to cause injury to injury. :wink:

    Great job to you also!! You are meeting and exceeding your weekly goals!
