So I have plantar fasciitis on one foot and now I have a huge bruise on the bottom of that same foot and I don't know why. I struggled so hard today, but I am determined to meet my goal for the month...3 -
Last night I sneezed and automatically kneed up at the same time. Taking a rest day for my knees.3

Oh no veggie Girl! My sister has plantar fasciitis and my son had it as a teenager and it is so painful! My heart goes out to you as it is very hard to walk with that. My sister really struggles!

Thank you @zichab, yes it is painful! I learned tonight that the side steps and kick backs are too much pressure on my foot. I just walked thru the parts I couldn't do comfortably. I'm pretty stubborn, so I did what I could do. Using Arnicare on my foot and it does help.2 -

I found out on Friday that we had a class that had no instructor and I was one of the only people who could pick it up and that meant 8 classes for me, which I have never done and am not sure is even possible! :laugh: Nevertheless, in the interest of taking one for the team, I spent all day Saturday on the computer getting ready to teach the class! As a result, my miles were abysmal!!! Last night at midnight, a colleague agree to take the class instead and I am so happy I walked 3 Miracle Miles this morning! LOL Apparently good news is energizing!
Pinky I LOVE your new avatar! I love that hair cut and it looks so cute on you! I have tried and tried to wear that cut or one as close to it as I can get, but my face is so round and my hair is so fine that it just does not work. You look 10 years younger! :laugh:

So true about reflecting on one's habits. So many times life gets in the way and schedules have to be thrown out the window. It can be hard to fit everything in. You did what you could and that counts in your health's favor-and that's what it's all about. Good luck next month!0 -

I admit, I was not kicking too high today during my workout. I've been feeling a bit queasy lately. I'm going out of town tomorrow (if I'm feeling OK) and knew I wouldn't have a chance to get a workout in over the weekend.

Thank you @AnnofB and @PinkyPan1! I set my goal high this month and I did stress about meeting it. I will probably be adjusting this for next month...I'm trying to work in resistance training and the cardio is taking up so much time, but I love to walk!!!0
