Here, here to smaller clothes! Such wonderful news, you are doing so great!1

I love smaller clothes Are you from UK? I am from Down Under. I am currently trying my hardest to get into size 8 and I hope I can do that by Christmas. Currently, I am wearing size 10 jeans. I started with size 14 jeans at my heaviest! Just love shopping for smaller clothes1

Oh that is the BESTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!! Congrats darling! :bigsmile:1

Congrats on the smaller pants and getting into the 150's! I love seeing everyone's progress. Time marches on and lil by lil we'll step our way to where we're going.1

It seems a lot of us are approaching/reaching the 150s and its such a good feeling but iim now inpatient to get to 150! (which is my first real goalweight). Joe was recommending juice fast days in his latest video and i will certainly try starting today. I will incorporate 1-2 days to my week - will see how I feel. That might actually be a good balance with my larger meals.
In terms of the clothes, it was really hot here this weekend (which was lovely) and I can confirm that some of my dresses are quite loose. I can still wear them but im so looking forward to the days when i can get rid of it all (i mean my bigger clothes). With this approach the best thing is that i know i can keep it off! Omad / intermittent fasting / is like magic.1 -
It does definitely feel magical 😊 loving that you're enjoying the weather in your looser (and new!) clothes
I'm anxious for that 150 now too! My mama always said 155 was the thinnest she could ever get (she's a tall lady lol) and was 155 when she got married so for some reason that number always sticks in my head... Even though my lowest was actually 148, that 155 is another big one mentally1 -
Awesome on smaller clothes!!!! I had the same NSVs this weekend and I was so happy1

Seems like smaller clothes sizes is in the water this week in our OMAD group, I’m still anxiously waiting for my time. Lol. Well done!1

Getting there.. Last week was good, fasting was good too. I did some juice fasting which was fine apart from when it wasn't. Strange that it feels terrible and then all of a sudden it feels great. And this fluctuates throughout the day. I wonder what is happening in the body. I supplemented with salt but not sure if that helped. Great that i could actually do it as I thought in the past it's not possible for me.
I think it's not so much fun so i will just do it every 2 weeks after my splurge days for now. See how that goes. Maybe up it once a week but not 2 times a week.
Anyway I'm down in lbs, so I'm happy.1 -

My non scale victory for the weekend was that I had to get some trousers and I'm officially UK size 14 (Us size 10). I'm out of the seemingly never ending size 16s! When I started I was a size 20-22..
I was beyond happy for the 14 I must say. It seems that even though my weight haven't changed for the better my measurements must have.
I am now waiting for size 12 (Us 8)
I was thinking of you because I put on my size 7/8 goal jeans and could just BARELY fasten them - I betcha at 150 we'll both be there1 -

Whoa. Im super happy as I was realtively good on the holiday. I sooo want this 150 to happen that it WILL! And not long to wait. I will try 1 pound in every 2 weeks so its 10 weeks away.
Yes to be able to wear size 14 UK clothes is just such a good feeling. Also I will have to go shopping in June as all my tops are now too large. Awesome problems! Continued success to all of you!0 -
NICE WORK!!! I'm losing at about the same pace as you too (though unlike you, I'm GRUMPY about it because I'm impatient AF LOL) - took a progress picture this morning in ma' skivvies and thought it looked pretty ok! It's a nice feeling0

Congrats on getting into the 150s and wearing size 14.👍💖 I love buying smaller size clothes, it's a definite sign that I have loss weight😍0
