May sound gross but it seemed to work for me, it put me down to about 100oz (from the 125-150oz I had been trying for) and I stopped feeling super full and bloated all day. Do whichever works best for you though.

    I'll definitely take part in this. I had been drinking more water but then added crystal light back into my diet and stopped drinking water. Then I started craving soda again. So I'm back to just water this week.

    @shines1981 I've been drinking diet Pepsi for the last 2 weeks like my life depends on it, lol and not having any water...I really need to get back to it.

    Goals or day: Sundays for me are part of the weekend and I can't seem to start my week there. Starting today, I'm recomitting to the lifestyle change and exercise program that I started back in January! My goal is to lose 15-20 pounds by the end of the year.

    @Gustaaf85 Just keep doing what your doing, eventually the water will come off. Also, I've heard that adding cucumber to your water helps with water retention...maybe something to look into?

    Day - I was super tired all day and just never felt real great. Woke up tired today but hope that by drinking more water and better choices I’ll feel better.

    Goals or day: good day but I can feel my resolve weakening. I looked at my weight trend for the past 2.5 years... this is my bottom out weight... I never go much lower than this... I need to power through and figure this out, I still want to lose 20-25 more lbs

    My weight keeps fluctuating by a few pounds all throughput the week. I was hoping to be lower. But I did start drinking more water so hopefully that helps. And gonna start working out again tomorrow.

    Good morning. So I am not down as much as I thought. For the last week my weight has fluctuated between 293-296. I have not been feeling well so while my eating has been ok I haven't had energy to exercise.
    My goal for next week's weigh in is 293.0.

    I am back to ore-vacation weight! I bought new running shoes at the outlets and they are lighter than my old shoes. I think that makes a difference. I am actually faster when jogging then I was before per my walking app. I am doing well during the week but weekends are starting to tempt me! ramping up the willpower!

    Water Challenge: Yes, at least 72oz, probably more but it’s hard to keep track
    Goals or day: I’ve had a good few days and it is reflecting on scale - need to keep it up until and beyond weigh in day! My jogging buddies were busy today but I still dragged myself out there - I almost always skip when that happens but I’m making a conscious effort to do it regardless!

    Exercise - not enough only achieved 7k steps out of target 10k
    a day on the road and then the cinema didn't help yesterday but aiming to post each day missed last weeks weigh in so will be aiming for tomorrows.

    Days - had a Boss’s Day celebration at work yesterday so ate too many sweets which is not what I needed to do. Then had Mexican last night and my weakness are chips and salsa.

    Goals or day: tomorrow is weigh in day, hoping for one of my best weeks after a few rocky ones... but either way I know I will have done my best!
