Exercise - lots of steps on Saturday due to working the dance last night. Today I’m paying for it - very tired and stiff.
Goal - I’ve done relaxing things today but need to get motivated for the upcoming week.

Hi Team I'm Rob,
sorry this is a bit late this is my 4th month in this group. I have been using this group to help me get fit and get back to competing in some long distance events. trying to keep an average of over 10k steps a day which last month although I achieved over 360k for the second month running steps for the month wasn't every day I achieved the 10k so looking to do better and even more this month.

Good morning. I've been out of town on a family emergency. I missed the last week of September and the first week of October. Today is my weigh in day I thought I might be kicked off already but I still see my name on the roster. Can I weigh in or do I need to wait for November to come back?0

Challenges - totally firgotvto pull stuff out for dinner so had to improvise something fast to go which is never good. Had our first puppy class which went well.

Loss this week: none! Gain of 2.2 but not bad for a week of vacation.
Tracked calories- most of the time
Exercised: every day
Good thing there is nothing coming up until Thanksgiving to interfere with my diet and exercise. Vacation was great with a small gain for the week. I'm ready to get refocused on exercise. While out shopping I bought some cute yet functional work out clothes for the cooler east coast weather.
