Last week I had a cold, so probably 3lbs was pure snot. I think my ketosis finally kicked on, because I haven't been hungry most of the day, so maybe it's starting to burn up fat? Whatever it is, I'm grateful!1 -

No much of a loss this week but I'll take it0 -
Happy Friday! My weigh days are Tuesdays and I was the same weight as last week but when I got on the scale this morning I was down a couple of pounds. I'm going to stay focused through the weekend on my fitness and eating so that I have a good weigh in next Tuesday.
I brought my breakfast 2 of the 4 days I've worked this week and only brought my lunch once. My goal is to bring breakfast and lunch each day so I will work harder to prepare something at night.
We had a work event yesterday so breakfast and lunch were provided and I actually ate on plan, no donuts with my breakfast and no popsicles or cookies and whatever the other treats they had during lunch. I think I'm just finally sick and tired of being sick and tired. My body aches from carrying around all this extra weight and as we move into fall I realize I can't fit any of my clothes from last year because I'm 50 pounds heavier...1 -

Day - so this is what tends to happen. I track well and then Miss a day for whatever reason. And then the normal is that I never go back and try to catch up. I will go back and check what I had yesterday and will do my best to track what I have today. I can do is take it one day at a time.0 -

Thanks, was very happy with it. Started this week taking meds for my back, diagnose is a hernia, so taking Dyclofenac painkillers, but that tends to hold water weight, so doing daily weigh in to see if i get any weight fluctuations
@Gustaaf85 ouch! I've never had a hernia, but have heard they are super painful, hopefully your meds help!!!0
