    Daily goal: rest and recovery with some stretching and yoga.
    I strained my lower back helping a friend move Saturday and I need to let it recover before doing any more strength training...but cardio alone gets boring...I am hoping the weather is good this week so i can do some walking outside...at least that stays interesting.

    Still at 149. BUT, that was a huge plateau to break 159. So I’m content at the moment.

    Calories-under hut used some exercise because needed the nutrition and energy for
    exercise-9 mile bike and 70 minute personal training session.

    New goal for the week-no after 8pm snack.

    Daily goal: Getting back on track now that my husband is done with his pre-deployment training and back home on a normal schedule. Spent the evening putting together Halloween treat bags for daughter's Kindergarten class and the kids with allergies in the neighborhood. So excited for tomorrow!
