I am so determined to have a good weigh-in tomorrow (and reach my mini-goal of hitting the 170's) that I got up at 5 AM today and did an Insanity Max 30 workout! I am going to my stepson's football game tonight and won't have time to work out later, so I had to do it before work. I figured those workouts are hard no matter what time I do them, so why not in the morning?4

Serious note: I am thinking about dropping out for next month because I am fully planning on gaining 2 lbs for Thanksgiving....looking forward to AND planning it!! I don't think that it would be fair to all my team mates if I am not committed for that week. It is the one holiday that ALL my friends and family come in for and everyone ends up at my house (apparently, I am a good cook) Still debating though, since we usually have it on the Tues before which is the day of my weigh in, so I would have the entire week to get it back down....7000 calories in one day...I can do it just you wait!
