    I have used Leslie’s walk videos before - lost weight and gained stamina .
    I gained weight again as I lost track.
    I am here again and hoping to reduce the weight and keep it down for good!!
    I will use Leslie again as it’s so much fun!!

    Hi all, During the last two months my area has received an unusual amount of rain, and more rain, which often gives me headaches, but rain has been so needed and welcome after little to no rain, along with the months of unrelenting summer heat we had. On those days, or for any number of other circumstances, I can easily make that an excuse not to exercise. I know that I tend to be all or none when it comes to some things, especially exercise. I am once again working to overcome that tendency which has slipped back in.

    The past two months have also brought a lot of extra family activity and visits for fun reasons, both with my in and out of town family, which does NOT give me headaches :laugh:, but has given me the blessings of extra time with my adult children and their spouses and several of their friends and/or extended family, as well as my 4 precious grand children ranging from a few months old to a teenager (when did that happen?) <3 .

    My goal this month was to be extra active in some way, or to specifically exercise, 5-6 days a week. Unless I am truly in need of an extra rest or lighter day. In recent months I have increasingly let life get in the way of exercising, so this month I made it a goal not to let that happen and get back to being aware and once again proactive in this area of my life, even if that meant getting in one mile or a very short exercise time. Something is always better than nothing.
