 Yeah... I've gone up 3.8 lbs this month, all that hard work last month gone! But it's okay, I'm okay! I've been having a great month. I didn't exactly go crazy with the holiday foods, but I enjoyed a little bit of my old favorites, which satisfied my heart. And I'm still in size 14 pants! ^_^ So, no regrets! Keto on, everyone! See you on November 30 for a final weigh in. <3

    Started Keto: May 9, 2018
    Starting weight: 210.4
(Loss of 25” and 24.6 Lbs!)

    Next goals:
10/19 - 185 - SUCCESS!!! On the 18th I saw 185.8 for the first time since Aug 2016! Then on the morning of the 19th my body surprised me by dropping to 184.8!!! I’m so very happy!
12/17 - 175 - changing this to 179 as 175 seems unrealistic with my body’s current trajectory. I’ve been plateaued for quite a while.
1/01 - 179 (My goal is to not gain over Christmas!)
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145

End of October weight: 10/28 - 184.8! I’ve been holding steady at this weight for nearly 3 weeks now. At least it’s not gone up!

I’ve changed my weigh ins to Thursday’s now:

    Nov. 1st - 184.8
    Nov. 8th - 184.0
    Nov. 15th - 183.8
    Nov. 22nd - 183.8
    Nov. 29th -

Thursday 1 Nov: 267.6 (I know I won't be this low on Monday; but it is nice to have an official record of breaking 100 lbs)
    Monday 5 Nov: 271.4

    Monday 19 Nov: 267.4

    Start Date: 04 October 2018
    SW: 267
    GW: 165

    Thursday 11/1: 265
    Sunday 11/04: 261
    Sunday 11/11: 259
    Sunday 11/18: 260
    Sunday 11/25:260
    Friday 11/30:

The head cold is nearly gone finally (so no more interference from throat lozenges and medicine) and I have adjusted my macros. Limiting carbs even more and creating a greater calorie deficit to kick things back into gear. Even though there hasn't been much movement on the scale, I'm feeling good and expect to finish strong!

Hello from India, the state of Tamil Nadu and thankfully no scales! I know my return weigh in 9th December will not be a joy but that's just how it's got to be. There is very little here that fits with my normal diet and not even salad as I'm avoiding anything that might have been washed in local water and not cooked afterwards. I know an upset stomach would be a way to loose weight but seriously?? Also not with some of the washrooms we have been in!

HOWEVER, we are having an amazing time, the temples we have seen are fantastic and the food great if not what you would call keto friendly! Today we head off to the state of Kerela by road, actually the roads and the driving alone should make me loose weight in sheer terror, never seen so many cows, goats and bikes all with no sense of direction!

Well done to everyone and I WILL start again when we get home and I will NOT think 'Well, Christmas is coming, it's not worth starting again until January!!' <3<3

    Starting weight - 26 Sept - 154
    Current Weight - 30 Nov - 134
Lost 20lb so far ( I weigh in stone so don't have oz measurement)

    Sunday 11/04 -140
    Sunday 11/11 - 138
    Sunday 11/18 -137
    Sunday 11/25 -135

End of Nov/Start of Dec weight - 134 (6 pound this month)

For the past couple weeks I've been having little bit of chocolate almost every day. Dessert every few days and more almond/coconut flour involved meals. All keto friendly and within limits, but I wonder if my sweet tooth is trying to break through. Trend with chocolate won't stop with December as I got a dark chocolate advent calendar, but I'm gonna try cut back on desserts. Which is hard with all the delicious recipes I want to make. Mock apple pie and trifle is next on the list.
Clearly isn't harming the weight loss though haha.

Nov. 29th - 186.6 - Holiday goodies did me in. I'm being very good overall (no alcohol or wheat/rice/potatoes), but I'm not in Ketosis anymore because I've started eating fruits and healthy veggies (sweet potatoes & carrots) and a little more dark chocolate than I would normally. My new goal is to maintain throughout December and not go back into the 190's.

It's been a hectic few weeks, so I haven't been on the feed as much, but I'm proud of everyone on here for taking active steps towards a healthier life. Trusting the process can test our patience sometimes, but it'll be worth it one day! Good luck in December!
