My daily stats- I’m prepacked and ready to go to work. Hoping work is chill tonight. 🤞🏻

Exercise: 60 min weights and cardio
Not sure I am going to hit my goal of a lb less on Saturday.
With all the weight sessions I’m doing- my lbs are holding steady! Hopefully I’m building more lean muscle. But that last few lbs of FAT on the belly and waist needs to goooooo! Argh. Don’t know what else to do - I’m under my calories allllllll the time- i exercise at least 4 days we week.
I guess keep working at it?

So I am excited to report that I had to o go to my doctor's office and of course they weigh me and the scale said 504.5 so from Tuesday till today I lost 3lbs yay! What's hilarious is last night I was craving McDs to the point I was on the Ubereats app 3x and deleted my order 3x but I didn't cave just had my lowcarb muffin. So another successful day achieved. One meal at a time is how I'm getting through. The holy spirit put this verse in my head this morning: "but the race is not given to the swift but those that endure to the end"

YAY! My medicine must be working now! I can't believe I lost 9 pounds in a week! So glad. Got to go in today and get a blood test to check up on the meds and my sodium levels. Hopefully they rose.
