    I guess keep working at it?
    @mg07030 I was at that point for a while where I just couldn't seem to get my body to let go, then I added in more fasting. Not sure if it would help, but might be worth a try. I added in 1 day a week where I was just fasting, no food at all, now I'm doing a few days a week of OMAD...

    YAY! My medicine must be working now! I can't believe I lost 9 pounds in a week! So glad. Got to go in today and get a blood test to check up on the meds and my sodium levels. Hopefully they rose.

    Worked late again and on top of everything, locked my keys in the car ugggghhhh

    Luckily, my husband was able to get them out so we didn't have to pay a locksmith.
