    Sorry to hear about your stress fracture. Don't do anything to further aggravate it....you want it to heal quickly!

    Yeah, I am still decorating my tree...it's a big sucker this year!! But it's not taking water......grrr!!

    EX = Heavy lifting, moving stuff out to the shed, moved the sofa 3 time and went for a 2 hour walk this morning.
    Day = Still sorting the house out, forgot all about breakfast sadly so I'm way under calories today. Going out to sort Christmas gifts tomorrow so I must remember to avoid the delicious Christmas coffees!
