Man, this was one hard day. I randomly started feeling down and was grumpy all day. I didn’t know if I would make the calories today. I kept being a smidgen away from eating whatever, but somehow I pulled back from the edge every time. Also I’m in desperate need of going to the grocery store so my usual items have all run out, which is leaving me unsatisfied with my lack of usual structure and routine. Feel like a big old sack of poopiness. Hoping tomorrow brings more normalness. I’ll definitely be going to the grocery store and doing some exercise early in the day and see if that helps Re-groove me.
Sorry to hear that it was a very hard day, but you prevailed....you didn't give in to the temptation of eating something that would put you over your calories and you came out the other side unscathed! That at least should put some of the groove back into you!! Definitely go grocery shopping today, but not on an empty stomach, of course!!1 -

I am impressed by the few of you who are continuing to post daily and do the mini challenge. More of us should be as committed and organized!!
We pick up our son today from the airport. Originally I thought he was coming in at 9:40 pm, but that is his return flight. He arrives at 4:15 pm instead! Good thing we checked, and good thing my husband scheduled all his meetings for the morning! We'll leave the house around 3 pm to drive to Toronto.3 -

I held a family get together and although I didn't eat as much as I usually do, i still managed to over eat. It is crazy how much you take in as calories without realizing it, seven when you are careful
