    I'm in the same boat Tina--- I finally broke to 159 last week---now weigh in tomorrow ain't gonna be gooooood----noooo it's not--- sigh. :s:o:s But we push on to 2019--- and set our sights on getting back there!!! YESSSS!!! :)

    @tinak33 You always crack me up. And I think a lot of us are in the very same boat, and it's not the boat I wanted to be in, but it's where I'm at right now. I'm just hoping this month to have maintained and I'll toughen up for January...

    As the end of the year gets closer I find myself looking back at everything. I started out 230 and my goal was to be at or under 15. All though I’m not near my goal I find myself looking in the mirror and not liking the way I look. I think I lost too much weight. It’s starting to look like I’m sickly. So I have decided for my bone structure the 160s is a healthy weight for me.
    So now time to tighten up.

    @tinak33 I feel your pain! I planned on 180 and am 194 today. Your gifs are perfect! Keep your sense of humor and here’s hoping you and I both get to our goal very soon! Happy New Year!

    Comments: I've been doing a lot of thinking about what my goals are and how I'm going to get there and I've set some goals for 2019 and I'm trying to get a jump on them but it's surprisingly hard. Not really sure what's stopping me, but it's been sort of hard to get going again.

    Today I am going to finish cleaning basement and fish tanks. Meals planed for the day. I find this helps me to stay on track and not over eat. Exercise today weights and walking. Hope you all meet your goals today

    I figured out today that I can actually cross my legs again....amazing. I had forgotten how much mobility I had lost.

    I've also been thinking of what goals I want to have for next year. It's too easy for me to get complacent without setting realistic targets to meet.

    Completed 10 minutes of cardio this morning, and got in 90 minutes of weight training with my hubby! I really valued and enjoyed the workout since we rarely get to workout together. Plus, it was fun to just have some quality time together 💪♥️
