Yikes ha. Saturday I weighed in at 173.3 and then had four days of holidays. I'm assuming most of that is water weight because I don't think I ate 14,000 excess calories. Either way sorry team!4 -
@Caitlynns727 - Don't feel bad as I think I will be in the same boat. I have been loosing weight, but enjoyed the Holidays with family and friends.2

Vacation goals:- Finish my work. Yes, there's some late-arriving stuff that is now looming over my head, which stinks, but at least I'm working on it in a better location.
- Get regular sleep. I.Am.Tired.
- Track, exercise, stay under calories.
Goals report:
Failing on all fronts. I first suspected I was sick on the long drive here, and now I'm just miserable: chills, headachy, coughing. I've got no appetite and I'm living off of protein smoothies. Was with family yesterday for dinner and ate nothing. Not how I want to lose.2 -

Weigh in week: Week 4
Weigh in day: Wednesday
Previous Week's Weight: 140.8 pounds
Todays Weight: 141.8 pounds
Was surprised and super stoked to find out that last week I lost the highest percentage of weight for our team and actually came in first place for the highest percentage of weight lost for the whole challenge group for week 3.
Bummed to now post that I have a 1.0 pound gain this week. Since I was down 2.2 pounds last week I am still down 1.2 pounds over the course of the 2 weeks but really tried to eat in moderation on December 24th and December 25th, with the exception of overeating Doritos on Christmas Day so I was quite discouraged and shocked to have a gain this week.
Think I am only down 0.6 pounds since my December 1st weight which stinks
but I am trying to find the positive so here goes:
I am exactly 15 pounds down from my January 1st weight (156.8 pounds) so I lost 15 pounds in 2018.
I am 28.3 pounds down from my highest weight.

Well I knew it was coming and a big meal last night did it help. Now I got to bust my butt for a couple weeks just to get back to where I was. Oh this nasty Game of Life3 -
Week 3 - 172!
Ugh, I seem to be going the wrong way with my weight. The holidays are incredibly hard. I love to bake and when my kids are home I bake and then of course cannot resist eating what I bake!
On a good note, I left almost food item at my sisters house! I just told her to feel free to throw it away if she wants. I need to get back on track right away!

I am very happy with only a 1/2 pound gain after my Christmas Eve and Christmas day eating. Yes I am making lifestyle changes with my eating and exercise routine, but I am still going to enjoy life for the Holidays.
Stay Motivated and stay Positive team!

A little more gain to add to last weeks gain.
I seriously didn't want to get on the scale and just keep blindly eating. Glad I did. Thank goodness for this group.3 -

Hi folks - looks like my Thursday weighers are posting - thank you, and good work on returning to your regular habits after the holiday, for those of you who celebrate. I'll be back tomorrow with the Friday weigh-ins. I seem to be getting my health back, and I'm looking forward to eating regularly and exercising beyond walking.2

Week 4 -174.3
Sorry guys! During the past week I went even higher than this but came down a bit after restarting. I was doing the 5/2 diet last spring and have started again. I stay within my mfp calories for 5 days and do a "fast" of 500 cals for two days. This was extremely effective for me so I have resumed this plan and hope to lose the weight I gained in the last couple of months asap!! Then onward towards my goal!0 -

Sorry no loss, but did so much better than Christmases past!! Pumped for January's challenge and look to lose at least 10 then! If it wasn't for this group's accountability, I'd be at least 7 pounds heavier today! No lie!1 -

Feel better soon, @LesIckaBod! Let me know what captaining entails and I may be able to help (if it's not above my knowledge base! LOL!0 -

Thanks, @BonnieHosk85 - People do more or less as their time and personalities allow, but minimally, we need to enter the weights in the big spreadsheet. I also try to remember to post the daily weigh-in reminders and a QOTW when I think of one. Other people certainly do more, but adding the weights and general encouragement is the name of the game. Interested? Even co-captaining would be helpful0 -

Yes, maybe starting as co-captain. Entering the info to the spreadsheet would be totally doable for me and I love encouraging others along the way. Sign me up!0 -
