Calories: over-slightly planned-1st night of Hanukkah and my last holiday this month that involves a big meal. Wowzers on the sodium though...that is not going to help my weigh in at all on Tues. I am super sensitive to Na and have to keep a close eye on it.
Exercise: 4.2miles walk 70mins
Daily goal: Commune with the Parliament of Owls. Tomorrow then.
*For the new people that are confused about my goals--I was getting bored putting up the same goals every night, so I decided to start putting up some random goal that had a reference to sci-fi or fantasy since there were a lot of fans around. I didn't really think anyone read them until I tried to stop-so-back by popular demand....I'm really running out of references that normal people get....you're all about to start learning about kenders and other obscure references.2 -

We all run into challenges on this journey. I, like you, struggle with water but I keep a gallon jug at my desk and I tell myself everyday that "This will be the day". I've gotten through 2/3 of it once but have not drank the entire gallon. The way I look at it, that's way more water than I use to drink. I'd have a glass with my morning vitamin and maybe one or two glasses throughout the day. The rest was coffee, soda, punch, etc. I cut that out so I'm feeling good.

Everyone is having great weigh in's so far! Keep it up! @evangsimmons170 would water flavoring help? I don't think that I could get a gallon of water down unless it was the middle of summer and I was working out hard. Sometimes, I like to squeeze a fresh lemon or lime in my water to give it a different flavor because I don't really like the flavorings. A lot of people love them though. @RisingAboveIt I hope that your foot feels better soon!0

I'm right there with you! The Hanukkah potato latkes did me in last night too. I have no idea how I am going to get rid of all this sodium gain by tomorrow! It was a +4lbs for me this morning and tomorrow is my official weigh day.0 -

Day/Goal: I had a really good day - busy. My primary goals were to track, which is easy for me, and eat less than my 1300 cal./day, which isn't always easy. I finished the day at 1184! Tomorrow I'll set the same goals but add exercise! Also, today was my first weigh-in day. Looking forward to being a good team player.2 -

Day/Goal: Did well until dinner, because we went out to eat, and I do so much better if I just eat at home. I know this but go out anyway, which isn't terribly smart! At least I still worked out. I really want to lose 2 pounds this week, so back on track!1
