Daily Post for Monday, December 3rd:
Track: Yes
Calories: Yes
Exercise: No
Day/Goal: I had a really good day - busy. My primary goals were to track, which is easy for me, and eat less than my 1300 cal./day, which isn't always easy. I finished the day at 1184! Tomorrow I'll set the same goals but add exercise! Also, today was my first weigh-in day. Looking forward to being a good team player.2 -
@Starshine15 great job staying under. My calories are set to 1320 also because I am short and it is really hard sometimes.2

Daily Post: Monday, December 3
Track: Sort of, tracked part of the day
Under calories: No
Exercise: Yes, weight training and abs
Day/Goal: Did well until dinner, because we went out to eat, and I do so much better if I just eat at home. I know this but go out anyway, which isn't terribly smart! At least I still worked out. I really want to lose 2 pounds this week, so back on track!1 -

Hello team, just thought I would introduce myself to the new members. I apologize I'm just now getting around to it. My name is Crystal and this is my 4th round of the Biggest Loser. I started MFP in July this year at 175 pounds- now weigh 146 pounds. I have my calorie range set at 1200/day and I try to drink 90-120 oz of water daily. I really enjoy being a part of this because it helps me stay accountable and I'm always up for a good challenge. Even though this is a challenge and we have winners posted and everyone wants to be the biggest loser hehe, I really am happy when others lose too! Good luck team 😊2

Goals/Day: Light eating day but I didn't get in enough water. I am 6 pounds away from my end of year goal.. I know it will be tough with the Holiday festivities. Even if I lose half that I will be happy.2 -

Calories: over. Eating out every meal is kicking my *kitten*, and no beach walk to offset today. I go back home tomorrow. I’ll miss the ☀️🏖 but I need to get back on schedule.

So, I am trying to come up with new stuff to keep everyone from getting too bored with daily posts and plain question. So.....cheesy games are here! I don't really have a reward system other than a "go you!" or a gold star. This week's mini challenge (completely optional) how many times can you BINGO? Side note--I was going to call it FLABO...but I just couldn't Very sorry it is a screen shot, but I used an old version of office and couldn't get it to save in ANY format that mfp likes.

Mini Challenge: Question of the week. If money or physical ailments weren't an obstacle, what physical activity/sport would be your personal favorite?
I would personally like to go snowboarding again, but it is brutal on the knees. My knees aren't even very bad, but I know that I couldn't board again for at least 50lbs.....at least that is what my health insurance premiums tell me2 -
