Anyone else feel like you may self sabatoge?

@Runnerjess119, Yes!! especially when I start getting comments like, "Oh, you've lost weight!" It's like I feel like I can slow down or something when, in reality, I still have a very long way to go to get to my healthy weight.

    Weigh in week: Week 2
    Weigh in day: Saturday
    PW: 160 lbs
    CW: 159.4 lbs

I'm posting one day early, sorry!

@ShareASmile, we had your week 2 weigh in as 159.4. Is that incorrect and should it be changed to 159.6?
    Thanks,
    Bonnie

I am sorry for the gain. Each day I struggle a lot .I eat less and try to be active all day.Losing weight is always on my mind.I don’t want to give up.
In the last week of January I will eat mostly salads and drink more water and continue it.

@fe452436, don't beat yourself up. A lot of us are struggling or we wouldn't be here. Stay with it. Try different things. Research more filling foods so you're satisfied. You've got this.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Recumbent Bike - 37 minutes, 10.98 miles
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.

So happy with my progress on the bike this week. Two months ago I couldn't ride for 5 minutes without being out of breath. By this past Monday I had worked up to 30 minutes a day. Each day this week I added a minute. My goal was to get to 30 minutes by Feb. 1. Now, my goal is to get to 60 minutes by Feb. 1. Day by day, I'm going to get there!!

Exercise:- No - it's my toughest day at work, so I used that as my exercise 'rest' day.
    Calories:- Yes, surprisingly enough
    Tracked:- Yes

    Gain of .9

Not a good week, out of 4 chances to play high aerobics sports only made one this week. Ate poorly at night due to stress of job. always hard on me this time of year because I manage two tax officers. Thanks for helping to keep me motivated.
    Peace

Absolutely no change this week. Not what I would have wanted, but also not unexpected. It was my birthday and between a lunch at work, lunch out with a friend, and dinner with my family last night, I was not doing a great job of staying on track.
