@aroze0928 Me too! I eat out of stress. If I get stressed I just start chowing down. I started back tracking today. I only last two days with tracking. I'm going to try hard this week to last longer. If I track I lose weight great. I'm just inconsistent with tracking, so my weight is inconsistent too.
I'm not giving up though. I want to be out of the 200 club by May or sooner.

I had did so good on Sunday. Tracked every little nibble. Then I was going home from work around 10pm. It was messy and snowy. I was so stressed. I made it home safely. I passed my house and went to McDonald's. I felt so defeated, so then I ate a ice cream too.
I got a new plan. To brush my teeth, drink water or just go to sleep to avoid sabotaging myself.
Starting new today. I'm off, so I'm about to finish cleaning up and do some home exercises.
I started a movement Monday group on MFP today. It's focus is, if you start the week off moving on Monday, you will be more successful at working out throughout the week too.4 -
