    2/2 4 of 5 Mega miles with Leslie 9 miles for Feb and 73 for 2019 mile 2 & 4 with firm band
    2/3 Day of Rest
    2/4 5 Miracle miles Want to do 5 miles a day this week.... any suggestions for which ones to do will be a help.
    2/5 Workout # 28 for 2019 total 83.9 miles. TOTAL TODAY 5 MILES
    Today's workout. 3 miles walk to the HIITs (High Intensity Interval Training) & 2 Belly Busting Miles for 19.2 miles for 2019
    2/6 2019 Workout #29 Another 5 MIles. 4 Punch it up Miles and 1 Family Fun Mile with Leslie Sansone Walk at Home.... I love her walks talk about sweating it out!!!

    2/7 Nadia's Classic 1 Mile Walk and Walk 15 4 miles for another 5 miles makes 29.3 for Feb and 94 for 2019

    Just popping in to say that even without a WAT workout today I hit both my stand and move goals. It may have had something to do with losing power on day 2 of the ice storm we're having. EEK! Nothing like losing power in Michigan in the winter. HA! Power's back...for now. We have a flash freeze and strong winds forecasted for tonight. Crossing finger.

    Hope your power has stayed on tonight and you are keeping warm @deeder522! Our temps have been all over the place lately. We've had two days of heavy rain and temps close to 70, but tomorrow the high is 25! And our boiler is going out at work, so we can only run it intermittently while we wait for parts to come in...

    Girls!!!! I think its happening. My body is starting to wake up from it exercise slumber. I work up early 2 days in the row instead of hibernating in bed. I had 2 1 mile workouts this AM. Woo Whoo!!!! Time to start shedding my winter sweater.

    Also, I'm watching whiteout conditions from my living room. :) It was Warm and raining yesterday and snow its like fridged and snowing. I love my state.

    Oh no. Not sure what's worse, the air going out in the dead of summer or the heat not working in winter. I hope they repair it soon. Brrrrr!

    @annofB thanks! I've been on a roll with 5+ miles! And I love pizza, too! I'm always trying to find healthier ways to make it and I like to try different versions. I could literally eat some kind of pizza every night! :smiley: The photo is of a raw version with a pesto.
