Oh no Annbe careful. Your back is nothing to take chances with. Backs and knees need to be treated very gently after 60 I have learned. Those twisting moves are tough on both of them.

I'm south of Flint Deeder and we did not get the snow or freezing rain from the Advisory and it only has until 10PM and then I am not accepting it anymore. It will need to move along to Canada where all of this stuff belongs! Here it comes Ontario! :laugh: More is supposed to be coming this weekend as well. I think we need to fast forward to May.

43 minutes today. I did 3 miles off of the Ultimate 5 day plan. This 3 mile walk always makes me have more cardio than fat burning.3

I feel bad because I haven't been using Leslie's walks that much lately. I burn more calories jogging/walking on my own because I move a lot faster now. I miss Leslie and her walkers though! It's definitely more fun to walk with her than alone - I wish she had some walks with much higher beats per minute. I've sorta been inventing my own Leslie style walking to fast paced music. Still trying to incorporate the WaH miles when I don't need the calorie burn to offset food calories for the day.

17.64 Miles tracked last week bringing my monthly total to 65.6 miles total. About 5 miles to goal.
Weather isn't still not helping motivation. Back to back to back winter storms and yesterday and HUGE wind storm. Power stayed on and I only lost 3-4 shingles on the roof.

We got about 11 inches of rain from last Tuesday to yesterday. And the we got the same kind of wind you got over the weekend. My gosh still can't believe after all that rain that there weren't more trees blown down. Anyway, I'm grateful it wasn't snow!1 -

Oh gosh that's awful. I had it once when I was out of town on business. Friend and I went to a place called Lettuce Surprise You. They sure did. I woke up in the middle of the night so sick I thought I was going to have to have the front desk call an ambulance. My friend and I got the exact same thing except for the salad dressing.
I feel for you. That's the sickest I've ever been. Glad you are doing better.1 -
