Today's workout. 3 miles walk to the HIITs (High Intensity Interval Training) & 2 Belly Busting Miles for 19.2 miles for 2019
2/6 2019 Workout #29 Another 5 MIles. 4 Punch it up Miles and 1 Family Fun Mile with Leslie Sansone Walk at Home.... I love her walks talk about sweating it out!!!
2/7 Nadia's Classic 1 Mile Walk and Walk 15 4 miles for another 5 miles makes 29.3 for Feb 94 for 2019
2/8 Walk to Party HIIT's 3 miles and 2 Miles Walk Away the Pounds Express.
2/9 made a headboard for my bed
2/10 Cleaned out bookshelves to put in new bookcase
2/11 3 Miles Walk off the Pounds and 2 Miles and Slim Arms.... Another 5 miles. for 39.3 miles for Feb and 104 miles for 2019

I did my one mile walk from Walking Off the Pounds before work and a 3 mile walk from the Ultimate 5 day Walk Plan after work. That got me to my 60 minutes with bonus sweat!3

30 Minutes with Jessica again this AM. Apple Watch challenges Completed for the month included the special heart challenge.
Walk Leadership meeting: Last nights meeting was interesting. There are 10 people that are being leaders. They broke up the county into 4 sections with the goal to have walk leaders in each section. We as leaders get to chose the day, time and location of the walks. So for example, I would always lead a walk at location X on Wednesday AM. The goal is to not only get people to walk but build up community relationships. The group walks are scheduled to start in June after the Counties "Step it UP' campaign ends. So we will have the spring to build and talk the walks up.
We brought up a few questions that still have to be resolved and sorted out. Things like weather cause....well Michigan. I'm kind of excited and a little bit nervous too. Hope there will be a group of people that would be willing to walk in my area.

Sounds like this was a well organized event. If the word gets out, ie... good advertising, walkers will come.1 -

3 miles Walk to the Hits 45 min. I was surprised at this one. It was my first time trying it out. I thought it was on the light side until I looked at my heart rate on the fit bit after. Wow 35 min of cardio and 8 min of fat burning plus 1min in peak.

Oh my gosh, between the 3 Winter storms (or it could be more. At this point, snow, sleet and freezing rain followed by 40 degree melts are becoming normal! :laugh:), the college being closed for several days and totally messing up my class schedule, a cold and then some darn stomach bug, I think I am done with February! :explode: I mean, I love snow but this is ridiculous! Because of all this, I have had a couple of slow days so I need to get on it and make up for them now that I am over my bugs!
I see no problem at all counting the Gazelle Pinky! We all add our Fitbit or Vivofit miles to Leslie right? Some of us do not even use miles but minutes or workouts. I'd say go for it as it looks like a lot of fun!!!

Started cardio kickboxing on Monday and have really enjoyed it! Not counting any of that in my mileage because it's not really "walking" even though there are steps counted by Fitbit.
