    50 minutes with Leslie today: Walk to the Hits: all time favorites. My weekly goal is to do 420 minutes/ 7 hrs of exercise. I did 6 hour and 51 minutes. I did different 3 mile videos but each one logged in different times. I am ok with this because I did 7 days of aerobics. I am not going to obsess with it. 2 months ago I was doing NOTHING!

    21.85 miles tracked last week.

    Just shoveled part of the driveway for the last 30 minutes. Ugh, even with the light fluffy snow its still a workout.

    2/4 5 Miracle miles Want to do 5 miles a day this week.... any suggestions for which ones to do will be a help.
    2/5 Workout # 28 for 2019 total 83.9 miles. TOTAL TODAY 5 MILES
    Today's workout. 3 miles walk to the HIITs (High Intensity Interval Training) & 2 Belly Busting Miles for 19.2 miles for 2019
    2/6 2019 Workout #29 Another 5 MIles. 4 Punch it up Miles and 1 Family Fun Mile with Leslie Sansone Walk at Home.... I love her walks talk about sweating it out!!!
    2/7 Nadia's Classic 1 Mile Walk and Walk 15 4 miles for another 5 miles makes 29.3 for Feb 94 for 2019
    2/8 Walk to Party HIIT's 3 miles and 2 Miles Walk Away the Pounds Express.
    2/9 made a headboard for my bed
    2/10 Cleaned out bookshelves to put in new bookcase
    2/11 3 Miles Walk off the Pounds and 2 Miles and Slim Arms.... Another 5 miles. for 39.3 miles for Feb and 104 miles for 2019
    2/12 Workout #33 same as yesterday. Another 5 miles. Feb. miles = 44.3 and 2019 miles = 109
    2/13 Workout #34 Another 5 miles..... 49.3 miles for Feb. and 114
    miles for 2019 I want to to 1000 miles in 2019

    25 minutes shoveling snow and drive. Light and fluffy but still makes you huff and puff.

    I am tired today. I will try to do a short 15 minute walk but I feel whipped.

    Well, I did that Walk Strong video from a long time ago where Leslie does all the squats and my thighs were killing me yesterday so I had a lazy (read stiff) Sunday. But, I could not let Move It Monday pass without getting in gear! :+1: Stiff thighs or not, I got moving on Monday!!! Off to work tomorrow and I'll have classrooms and halls to walk so no excuses for a sedentary Tuesday either!!! :noway:

    Oh my gosh Deeder! Is this ever going to end???? I mean we could have had an inch a day since December rather than having it all in February! More is coming on Wednesday and again on the weekend! I am thinking maybe I wished for the Canadian fronts a little too hard! :laugh:

    Thanks Ann! I rarely get sick, but somewhere I picked up a 24 hour bug. Considering where I work, I probably should be grateful I do not get sick more often! It is a germ filled environment! :laugh: Hopefully, my retirement guy will tell me one more year and I can go! :blush:

    On Sunday, I hurt my back doing a low impact workout. A "windmill" move, I should have known better, sigh. :( It still hurts but not all the time. Only doing certain things. I was able to lift weights yesterday, but paid a lot of attention to form so as not to make it worse.

    @AnneofB take care of your body. Give your muscles time to heal if you pulled them. Just take some easy walks if you need to for a few days. Just don't push yourself. I am talking from experience.

    Yesterday's shovel caught up to me and my arms and 1 thigh are screaming.

    Thank you for this. I am going to take tomorrow as a rest day. And I hope your experience wasn't too bad.

    It's nice to see people are pushing forward and not stopping. We don't have to kill ourselves and we should all be proud that we are doing something. I did another half hour last night but it wouldn't register on my fit bit. I spent way to much time with that today. Soooooo I walked 3 miles with Leslie. I am going to rest and try a short 15 minute walk to see if my fitbit picks it up tonight. Weird but not going to stop me.

    FitBit's can be finicky. I know mine is. Good on you for not letting it stop you. You are doing great!
