3 miles Walk to the Hits 45 min. I was surprised at this one. It was my first time trying it out. I thought it was on the light side until I looked at my heart rate on the fit bit after. Wow 35 min of cardio and 8 min of fat burning plus 1min in peak.

Oh my gosh, between the 3 Winter storms (or it could be more. At this point, snow, sleet and freezing rain followed by 40 degree melts are becoming normal! :laugh:), the college being closed for several days and totally messing up my class schedule, a cold and then some darn stomach bug, I think I am done with February! :explode: I mean, I love snow but this is ridiculous! Because of all this, I have had a couple of slow days so I need to get on it and make up for them now that I am over my bugs!
I see no problem at all counting the Gazelle Pinky! We all add our Fitbit or Vivofit miles to Leslie right? Some of us do not even use miles but minutes or workouts. I'd say go for it as it looks like a lot of fun!!!

Started cardio kickboxing on Monday and have really enjoyed it! Not counting any of that in my mileage because it's not really "walking" even though there are steps counted by Fitbit.

50 minutes with Leslie today: Walk to the Hits: all time favorites. My weekly goal is to do 420 minutes/ 7 hrs of exercise. I did 6 hour and 51 minutes. I did different 3 mile videos but each one logged in different times. I am ok with this because I did 7 days of aerobics. I am not going to obsess with it. 2 months ago I was doing NOTHING!

Well, I did that Walk Strong video from a long time ago where Leslie does all the squats and my thighs were killing me yesterday so I had a lazy (read stiff) Sunday. But, I could not let Move It Monday pass without getting in gear! Stiff thighs or not, I got moving on Monday!!! Off to work tomorrow and I'll have classrooms and halls to walk so no excuses for a sedentary Tuesday either!!! :noway:
Oh my gosh Deeder! Is this ever going to end???? I mean we could have had an inch a day since December rather than having it all in February! More is coming on Wednesday and again on the weekend! I am thinking maybe I wished for the Canadian fronts a little too hard! :laugh:
Thanks Ann! I rarely get sick, but somewhere I picked up a 24 hour bug. Considering where I work, I probably should be grateful I do not get sick more often! It is a germ filled environment! :laugh: Hopefully, my retirement guy will tell me one more year and I can go!

On Sunday, I hurt my back doing a low impact workout. A "windmill" move, I should have known better, sigh. It still hurts but not all the time. Only doing certain things. I was able to lift weights yesterday, but paid a lot of attention to form so as not to make it worse.3 -

It's nice to see people are pushing forward and not stopping. We don't have to kill ourselves and we should all be proud that we are doing something. I did another half hour last night but it wouldn't register on my fit bit. I spent way to much time with that today. Soooooo I walked 3 miles with Leslie. I am going to rest and try a short 15 minute walk to see if my fitbit picks it up tonight. Weird but not going to stop me.2
