I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’m going to be soooo glad to say good riddance to February. It is certainly my least favorite month of the year. The positive side- many of us burned a few extra calories snow shoveling this month.2

Sorry gang, I've been MIA for a few days. I spent the weekend with a friend who found herself in the hospital last Thursday evening. It was scary for a few days but she heading home today and I'm back it. I tried to be diligent about what I ate but I didn't get alot of exercise in. Took the stairs vs the elevator coming and going (she was on the 5th floor) and I carried a water bottle with me everywhere. Food....well, we'll see how it goes at Friday's weigh in.0

Not a bad day today. Stayed at 22 carbs, drank my water (although I was short of the 64 oz I was shooting for). Came in under calories and spent 30 minutes at the gym. Now it's time for bed. Good night all. Hope you had a mah-velous day.3

Getting my water in is rough some day's. I have a really colorful water that helps me remember to drink water. However, I tend to rush off to 1 or 2 hour meetings and leave it at my desk. Goal for the Day - Keep my water bottle full and don't let it leave my side today. It will go with me wherever I go and I will get my water in today.1
