Sorry about being MIA, the sinus issue has become full blown sinus infection. I am not sleeping, and overall feel exhausted. I have not done much other than try to sleep. Retaining a ton of water, not sure why, but think it may be a side effect of one of the meds.0 -

I AM RETURNING TO THAT ATTITUDE.....THE KILLER IINSTINCT...THE DISCIPLINE TO ACCOMPLISHED MY MISSION. NOTHING WILL STOP ME...I WILL REMAIN FAITHFUL TO MYSELF.....I NEED TO PUSH ME UNTIL IT HURTS....I NEED TO SEE MY CHARACTER THAT I HAD BACK IN THE DAY....I WILL REMAIN DISCIPLINED......I NEED THAT HUNTER INSTINCT I NEED TO REGAIN MY STRENGTH AND BE STRONG......I NEED TO DROP THE NEGATIVITY....I WILL NOT PROCRASTINATE... I AM A KILLER WHALE...THE MIGHTY WARRIOR.....
MY FAVORITE CHARACTER IS ROCKY BALBOA THE ITALIAN STALLION......I AM MAKING A COMMITMENT TO ME JUST AS HE DID TO FIGHT APOLLO CREED....ONLY MY NEMESIS IS PHAT NOT APOLLO CREED ...I WIN THIS BECAUSE I WILL SET IT UP TO WIN.
TODAY RIGHT NOW I AM GOING TO WAR WITH MYSELF....THE DEVIL SAID TO YOU CANNOT WITHSTAND THE STORM........... I'm struggling a bit today. I feel really tired and washed out, not ill but tired and lethargic.
I gave up trying to weigh and log ingredients into a recipe and just cooked and ate it.
Tomorrow is a new day, I hope that with a good rest tonight I will feel more energised tomorrow. 🙂5 -

Ugh....I'm sorry team. Unfortunately, the week I actually post on time I have a big gain. It seems fitting I WI at the Costco when I passed a display scale on the floor. The gym was non existing this week but that's kind of moot as it's eating that is in the way. Always the eating. Last weekend was spent in Maine (eating/drinking) and I had two work meals on V Day--lunc at Joe's Stone Crab and dinner at BLT Steak. So. Much. Food. And. Wine.
Going to Florida this week so will be faced with more great food. Happy to be escaping the cold---they are predicting a snow day on Wednesday--but got to find some discipline.
