@steplaj THANKS I AM JUST GOING TO GO BACK TO THE WAY WE DID IT WHEN I FIRST CAME UP AS CAPT. TO ME IT'S MORE PERSONAL TO ACKNOWLEDGE OUR TEAM MATES ACCOMPLISHMENT THAN CLICKING A ICON, BUT THAT'S JUST ME AND MY OLD SCHOOL THINKING.

Which is 385 calories in just under 3 hours - mixture of walking and body combat class.

Unfortunately, being on half term break from school means my self sabotage is influencing my food choices. It was my close relative's funeral today so ended up with higher carb choices than I probably would have chosen normally. It was quite a sad event, so I'm not really surprised. I'm not going to beat myself up about this, but I am aware of what I have eaten today.

Kind of nice to be at 2000 steps before I even woke up today because my flight landed at midnight and I did lots of walking to get to baggage claim.

That's awesome - great steps! I think we all need those moving walkways so we can walk for miles and never get to our destination... Airports are great for stepping...

    Sorry for your loss...

It's moments such as this that we need to fight to stay on track and maintain our discipline. It's very easy to make bad choices when our routines are thrown off and are more chaotic. You are so right though in not beating yourself up over it... It does no good for any of us to beat ourselves up when we give in to those bad choices. All we can do is adjust, focus, and move forward. This is not easy by any means - and we all have moments of weakness. All we can do is "hang strong, stay focused, and strive to do better each day..."

Moving forward, let's work harder to stay on track and not give in to any of those urges. Don't let time off from work throw you off track. Plan those meals and snacks. Healthy cheats only! You got this, and we are here with you when it gets tough!!!
