Prepped my meals yesterday and feel motivated. Am starting whole30 elimination diet today. I did it in November and it was awesome.1

Good Morning Warriors
So yesterday I just decided to surrender, allow myself a cheat day, and I am starting fresh this morning... Hopefully this will allow me to get my focus back and get the numbers moving again...
I hope everyone had a great weekend. Saturday was spent running errands most of the day and Sunday was raining and warm (damn ice is melting again) so we didn't get to do any ice fishing this weekend... Did have a chance to get a haircut though - I am officially 0.006 ounces lighter ( whatever it takes )...
Just got back from break, had two hard boiled eggs (instead of fried egg w/ cheese on bulkie) and yes, a couple of bacon (damn bacon, gets me every time)... Have to head over and start logging again.
Anyway Warriors - keep me honest this week, I've got to get back on track~!

Steps for Sun 24th Feb: 7,180
Sorry these are a bit on the low side....I don't think I can count swimming into the step challenge. Had afternoon tea (post - Christmas, Christmas gift from friends) yesterday. It was good to catch up, although this meal didn't help any diet in any kind of way. You'd all be suitably impressed that my husband and I steered away from the numerous cakes - just had a couple more sandwiches instead. Today, has been more water and less carbs, together with a body combat class.
Time will tell...just got to hold myself accountable until Thursday!2 -
I confess to not logging because I am eating Boost, crackers and one small salad everyday. So far that's keeping my gallbladder pain at a manageable level, although I'm in bad shape right now because Doc pushed it during the physical exam.
My appointment with the surgeon is 3/18 unless I have symptoms of an infection before then. She drew liver enzyme labs today and those results are on their way to the surgeon and I am waiting for a call about a hida scan.
If I have any symptoms of infection, I am supposed to go to the ED and have them call my doctor for instructions. Until then it's hurry up and wait.3 -
