So several docs, including my PCP, and our own @Gutcutter500, I am trying to avoid fatty foods so I braved the flood waters and went to the grocery store, where I bought a ton of produce and some lemon herb tuna pouches. I made 6 salads with romaine, radishes, zucchini, yellow squash, cucumber, tomato and blueberries. I put the tuna on that and used mild salsa instead of dressing on one of them and will eat the rest for lunch next week.
