    NikMar steps for Monday 25th Feb: 11,324 - a bit better than Sunday!

    No cake yesterday or bread! Some walking done and body combat class completed. Unfortunately, I've had a little bit of bread with soup for lunch today and had to perfect my Baked Alaska for my meal with the ladies on Saturday. It's worked well, but I've had to eat some ice cream and meringue :D

    I hope everyone had a great weekend. Saturday was spent running errands most of the day and Sunday was raining and warm (damn ice is melting again) so we didn't get to do any ice fishing this weekend... Did have a chance to get a haircut though - I am officially 0.006 ounces lighter ( whatever it takes )...

    Just got back from break, had two hard boiled eggs (instead of fried egg w/ cheese on bulkie) and yes, a couple of bacon (damn bacon, gets me every time)... Have to head over and start logging again.

    Anyway Warriors - keep me honest this week, I've got to get back on track~!


    Now Steve, you know I don't believe in cheat days. But I do count all of my calories. I love bacon, so I count it and adjust later on. You CAN do this. You just have to have the "WANT TOS", or as they say in the south, the "WON'T TOS" :):):)
