Hi guys.
Here is our step count for the week.
We were LAST PLACE among the groups. I think if we had reported better (myself included - my Saturday was not counted) we could have been better than last

This weather has been quite depressing. It has been raining for 2 days now.
My yard is now my pond. I am just waiting on some fish to magically appear in it.
I had a date cancel on me tonight... so instead of being down, I plan to try to force my butt to go to the gym tonight (which is hard after 15 hour shifts)... but I am gonna TRY darnit

I had 2 cups of coffee this morning
I just finished up lunch. Chicken tenderloins marinated in pickle juice (with 2 pickles). Shredded cheese and hot sauce. It was delicious.2 -

I had 2 cups of coffee this morning
I just finished up lunch. Chicken tenderloins marinated in pickle juice (with 2 pickles). Shredded cheese and hot sauce. It was delicious.
I had some Greek yoghurt with fruit for breakfast, a pasta mugshot for lunch and beef stir fry for dinner. All v tasty!
In true British style I'm looking forward to a cup of tea soon and my bed. Shame its only 6pm2 -

I'm out of town for a work training, so I'm having to eat out and try to make good choices. I had coffee, English muffin and cottage cheese for breakfast, vegetable and tofu pad thai for lunch and we are going to an oyster bar for dinner. Not sure what I'll eat there, but it wont be anything fried.2 -

I had my normal eggs, toast and coffee for breakfast.
For lunch I had leftover salmon and a salad. Yummy!
For supper I am having peppered steak. It’s loaded with mushrooms, all kinds of peppers and onions. One of my favourite meals I make.1 -
