Checking in before I take a nap. Every time I tried to get in here yesterday, I had a permissions problem with MFP.

I'm working half days this week, eating decently and slowly increasing my steps. Slow and steady recuperation happening here.

Hope everyone is doing well. I'll be back after my nap.

Good Morning everyone, just stopped in to post some weights and catch up but my superhero co-captain beat me to it again... LOL :D There is no stopping that Greg!

That being said, let me throw this out there... I am hearing that "at least on the east coast" this weekend is supposed to be a terrific spring weekend.
I myself will be installing a new fuel gauge and a new fish finder on my boat and be getting my boat ready for the water. My question is - WHAT PLANS DOES EVERYONE ELSE HAVE FOR THIS WEEKEND!??

    Reply and let us know...

Yes it's suppose to hit the high 60's!!!!🙌😝🎉 I am still planning on going to the gym in the mornings for my usual workouts--- might have an indoor event to attend for my sons on Saturday😣--- other than that'll plan to be outside!!!

I am working for like 2 hours on Saturday morning and teaching Sunday School on Sunday and don't really plan to anything else. I have to go do my month end tasks on Saturday morning so the geek squad can have my system for a software upgrade. 🤞 the thing works right in Monday.
It is supposed to be warm, so I might try to talk my husband into firing up the grill.

So life has taken a few crazy turns, nothing horrible but all very time consuming and stressful. Can I be on the cheer squad for a few months please? I hope by end of June life will calm down. Keep working hard everyone!

Today's my birthday and for once kept it healthy. Stuck to my planned meals and made it to my karate class tonight. Steps were also pretty high for me today.

We're moving offices and they took my computer away from me today meaning I couldn't do any work and had no choice but to pack. Was on my feet all day. Just had some cereal post workout and am about to hop in the shower then crash. Hope everyone has a good evening!

    Water: 96 oz
    Calories eaten: 1350/1290
    Calories burned: 1279

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY! YESTERDAY! :)

Thinking of you, Greg. I hear and feel you about the same questions over and over. I had to tell 12 people my allergies on surgery day last week. I hope your surgery goes great and that they get you back to two-legged ASAP.

I fell asleep and missed it, which doesn't bother me a bit. I watch games in the spring, but I pay no attention to the standings until after Memorial Day. And I am old enough not to trust my Sox until August is over. I saw a lot of August collapses before 2004.

Y'all, I confess that working even half days this week has been harder than I thought it would be. It had to be done because month end, software upgrades, two new trainees and a management change created the perfect work storm for me. I am exhausted, but it all got done. Thank God.
