Steps: 13,234 - Wednesday 13th March - not bad really. Was busy visiting pupils at work experience placements and a decent work out at body combat.
Wasn't so good with my food choices - another parents evening, so a late day at work. I need to get my focus back, so I think I will return to keeping a food diary! Why is it soooo much easier to put on weight?2 -

ok, I'll go first🤘🏻😆---->My NSV this month was going on vacation and being completely off plan for a week and enjoying the week off knowing I'd have a huge gain and then facing the scale without the self-loathing I used to experience. Knowing I can get back on track is a new mindset I'm applying.
The journey comes with gains and losses--- you need to find a balance to live, so that has been this year's goal for myself...learning balance to enjoy food while being healthy.

Clearly Greg is rooting for the wrong team! Red Sox, first and always!!! And I am not even sorry!!! My daddy took me to opening day at Fenway when I was 4 months old. (Okay, it was for my brother's 9th birthday, but I went and I have been a Red Sox fan ever since.)2 -

I have a pair of pants that fit last spring and I couldn't wear them to work this week because they are falling down. I am going to have to have them taken up!!2 -

I am going to hold you to logging for the next 7 days. (you can do anything for a week, right?)
My experience is that I gain quickly when I take my eye off the ball and there's a whole stinking world of distraction out there.3 -

I had a really long day today because I went to visit my dad at the nursing home before I went to pick up a few groceries. But I am officially Princess Peach, I have coffee for tomorrow, and the Red Sox fans have Greg the Mariner/Giants fan surrounded.
Calories: 1332/1750
Steps as of now: 11317
Water: 76 ounces
Less coffee than usual today, I just didn't have time to make it.2
