    Exercise: Yes - about 2 hours walking around my yard picking up fallen branches and bringing them to the burn pile. Back isn’t ready for real exercise but is super super slowly working it’s way there. Very sore and tight tonight but happy for the continual improvement.

    Made it home at about 11:30 last night. The 3 hour time difference has done a job on me, for sure! I will do my Tuesday weigh-in tomorrow morning. Ready to be back on track after a wonderful week!

    Thank you HASWLRS. I tried hard to get into the 40's but I intend to be there next Wednesday, After that I will be away for 16 days on holiday, and I'm not sure if I will have access to a scale. It will be a challenge, as it will be my first holiday since starting to lose weight.

    Thank you HASWLRS. I tried hard to get into the 40's but I intend to be there next Wednesday, After that I will be away for 16 days on holiday, and I'm not sure if I will have access to a scale. It will be a challenge, as it will be my first holiday since starting to lose weight.

    @prehistoricmoongoddess, it sounds like your holiday includes the beginning of May. Are you planning on continuing with this challenge into May? I can just transfer your weight over until you return if you would like. Are you going anywhere fabulous for your holiday?

    I will be returning on 11th May and would like to continue then so yes please, transfer my weight over until then.

    I am going to Turkey for my holiday, to the same small town which is an amazing place. It's situated by a river and you can take a boat to the sea, or in the other direction the river leads to a large lake. I've been going for 12 years now.
