I had a run of lazy days (no tracking, silly food choices, very little exercise) so it feels good to be back on track again.
Calories: under and back to low carb
Water: good
Exercise: 75 min walk outdoors
Friday's goal: avoid junk food after dinner. I do great all day then blow it in the evening. I'm trying to come up with some strategies so this doesnt become a habit.2 -

So I decided to switch up my workout routine. I had been doing 21 day fix for a few months but felt I needed a change up. Keep my body guessing lol.
I did a leg workout today and feel pretty good about it. I got a sweat going 💪🏽
Calories have been slightly under. Water ok.

Good news is that my new Fitbit Charge just arrived. In time too because my Zip just died.So, I've got it all set up and now I just have to get used to wearing it all the time. I'm not a big watch wearer and especially when I'm sleeping, so I'm sure it will take a few days. I like it!!
