Yay! I'm very surprised with only a 1# gain. I ate dairy this weekend which usually puffs me up like a blowfish. Maybe all the walking helped. It was too nice to stay indoors2 -

Welp 😒 at least it's in the right direction.
Goal this upcoming week is to do more mindful eating and learn not to over eat at social gatherings.

Do we have anymore players interested in the mod's baseball challenge? The thread is up so they're likely starting soon.
I'll volunteer to be our score keeper if no one else wants to do it. I love baseball.

Thanks everyone for the kind remarks you gave me! It feels really good to finally hit on something that feels right for me. I'm just praying it last!
I really don't know much about baseball and reading about the scoring hurt my head. If you tell me what to do I will do it. Otherwise, I will cheer you on from the sidelines *Doing the wave!*

@TeresaW1020 the description makes it sound more complicated.
Basically if each player on the team does a minimum of 7,500 steps or 30 min of exercise each day they will get on base. The more you do the further you get.
The players who come behind you push you forward so as long as you get on base you're helping your team.
So this is who we have so far (unless I missed someone)
@Fitgirllife72
@tess5076
@AustinRuadhain
@TeresaW1020
@Jactop
We need one more player to complete our team2 -

I’d like to play but......with school vacation next week I do have a few planned “rest days” so I would hate to hurt the team. Though I probably shoot for a step count on those days.
So if you need/want me I’ll do it.0 -
Monday check in
Rough day. Issues at work. Can’t say that I made good eating choices.
Calories - probably over
Exercise - planned rest day
